The Listening Groups

We want to listen and understand what people’s experiences are of non-statutory mental health services are; what works, what doesn’t, what’s missing?

We are embarking on a 3-month ‘roadshow’, visiting and hosting small focus groups to discuss with them their experiences: as professionals, as family, as individuals – as people.

At each group, we ask broad open questions that allow people to talk about their own experiences and permit us to listen and understand.

We then ask each group for more specific thoughts around our three key pillars; providing relief, aiding rehabilitation, and building resilience.
